This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 15, 2009:
If you could take the next month off, what would you do?
For real? I'd have to pass. The next months are offering me a great opportunity to train for a new line of work in Human Resources & I'm soo excited! I love learning & I can't wait to fill my brain with new knowledge & getting more tools to play with, yay! Not even the fact that this incarnated Macbabe fan is going to be firing up the PC! & diving into the world of word & other unknown microsoft entities on a daily base, is causing her to pause. I might involuntarily break out in hives due to excessive PC exposure & have to apply ointments, but I'll cope.
Hypothetically? All obligations paused (add big bag of money), I would soo be travelling. I'm restlessly restless, aching to be highly adventurous & most of all, dying to meet you my gorgeous friends. First stop would be Portugal for a taste of Victoria's vision, Barbados for some frolicking on the beach with Sherri, then off to Canada (Yo! Bridget & mimi) & finally cruising the U.S. I imagine a cross country drive popping in for a face2face with each lovely soul I've come to know & adore these past 2 1/2 yrs on Gaia. Too many Americans to mention & if this flight of fantasy was for real, I'd say, get ready for a surprise visit soonish. And a certain someone in a village in England, who serves up scones with strawberry jam & cream for afternoon tea, can put on the kettle too. Now, add a couple more months & you're looking at a word picture perfect of tara dreaming.. Ooh, that travel bug has a distinctive bite.

First of all those hives can be treated with a couple of glasses of wine, the big bag of money like that field build your life and it will come as for traveling sigh some where warm with beach and history good on ya girl, you are amazing but we always knew that
I'm being highly optimistic when merely mentioning the hives. The latest scientific research suggests Mac users may suffer possibly permanent neurological damage when extensively exposed to PC's.. pass the bottle, please.
I use a PC at work it might explain the tic……and why when I get home I rub myself all over my Mac while making a sound that resmbles purring,Hello I think they still use dial up, she says as she massages bump on head where it connected with wall one too many times
he he.. I'm working the pc pt, getting lost on the keyboard & trying not to take it personally, already itching in odd places.. I'll def be paying close attention to sudden facial moves from now on.
Try using french PC keyboard ,there is a reason why I stare into space blankly for a few minutes, it's like a restorative siezure…restoring my will to go that is
french would keel me over, causing alternative tourette's asap. (note to self: synchronize shortcuts to prevent major meltdown) aahh, the joys of learning tsk.
What a lovely Tara-dreaming! really happy for your new training w Human Resources, what a great opportunity. Hope you enjoy it. But lovin' the energy in this dream, too, and knowing you'll find a way to make it happen 'especially the scones w strawberry jam and cream. Oh my! mouth watering now…
Thank you sweet Kathy, I'm basking in the thrill of anticipation, such a joy to be given a new challenge to explore. The scones with strawberry jam and cream part of the dream is very real, Gael the temptress served up some on her blog just recently. Yummy indeed!
Yum! They are so good. Thank you for pointing the way to her lovely word-painting.
oh me too! me too! y yo! beautiful dreams….. :-)
oh, this is great. I read this blog post just before leaving for spanish class tonight. and tonight the teacher told us that we must give an oral presentation next week about a place we are going to go, for real or in fantasy. I'm excited. I'll post my answer on my blog, en ingles y en espanol. :-)
and how fun that you've already sort of done the assignment.
yay! get ready to jump into my dream when I hit Snowmass, Colorado & come along for the ride : ) I played with the fantasy during lil breaks yesterday, adding small sequences like driving on 'your' road where you snap those great shots of sunrise over the mountains.. daydreaming is a blast! Now, I can't wait to read your story (and learn more spanish). <3
oh, and i'm a huge fan of scones and tea too so please stop by boston on your way to colorado – boston is the home of some pretty radical tea parties, don't you know!
