This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 02, 2009:
[ green dream by anne lepke ]
Do I know what I am here for?
I am here to love & be loved, be compassionate & supportive,
to laugh, dance, learn, evolve, share & be inspiring..
Do I know why am I here? No.
Do I have a sense for what it is I'm meant to be doing?
I don't think there is a preset meaning to me being here & if I came with a to do list, someone misplaced it. The egomind thrives on the notion of self importance, which could be why the idea exists to begin with. I can however use that to my advantage by creating a life with meaning. As a human, I am more of a nuisance than of benefit to this planet's eco system, so what I can do, is to make as little mess as possible while I go about curiously experiencing my reality as it unfolds..
Choir of Young Believers - "Action/Reaction"

Help

Big smile here, tara. I like how you turned this question around and around, looking at it from different angles. Yes, no, maybe so. :)
oh, that's an interesting take on my reflection Kathy. You see, I read them as 3 different questions ;-)
We all seem to drowning in this green dream. Life gets spun up so fast and has such momentum that its difficult to fully participate in environmentally conscious living at times.
The liquid pace flows from much love, like singing in a choir of young believers. Great tune by the way. Maybe we will all awaken with eyes wide open and come up for air and replenish the greenery.
Simply lovely.
What a gorgeous graphic Tara!
Personally I think this question is just a way to drive ourselves crazy when so few of us will ever feel like we've got a solid answer but are convinced we need one to be whole …
Jordan, as always, ever so observant of detail.. & the chance to wax poetic, take a bow (–_–) & yes, I agree, being green is a task in consciousness on a daily basis. Changing habits can be a toughie, but I do like that cleaning less means saving co2 rather than being lazy;-)
Little Big O, thank you : )
Diamondlil, I soo agree. Do we really need to know to feel complete in this amazing human experience? We live & then we die, how can that not be plenty?
Another taraism…”use that to my advantage by creating a life with meaning.”
The title human be[do]ing = a name for the beholder to have. Tnx… hugs!
