This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 20, 2008:

what gets in the way of your communicating with others—or vice versa?

park reactive self outside communication space,
leave projection mechanisms there too.
create rapport by remembering we are the same;
beyond race, religion, color, sexuality & gender.
throw in a dash of compassion to please the palette;
a big bunch of authenticity for spice & spunk.
now, practice embrace by opening your arms,
then do the same with your heart.
listen listen listen.. then listen some more.
your heart will sprout ears if you let it
