angels embracing me

...... sometimes listening can be transformative. when was the last time you were really listened to? when did you last deeply listen to someone, without thinking about you were going to say next or trying to come up with a solution to their problem? what was it like?









- being listened to begins with the ability to listen..

I am a keen listener of the highly auditive kind and often hear them words not said. I
do indulge myself in observing to be inspired and learning to embrace what is. And
known on occasion to intentionally learn more than the speaker is intending me to..

The subtlety of nuance between being listened to and really listened to eludes me
so I will stick to the transformative kind which happens to me more often than not
I know it is so when hearts sprout big ears, lips go fading to mute & it feels like
the embrace of what is I...When that mister fix it cap is nowhere in sight and
the mode of comfort is turned up on high. It is like being a little one when
that magic band aid of taking pain away be applied to bruising knees..

Now a dayz like emptying my bag to be traveling lightly, breathing
freely & feeling so much better..The magic is mostly courtesy of
the applier than of them band aids and I surely know a heart
with big ears and magic band aids are in play when my
sentiment is accepted....When I am tricked to laugh
through tears and given special treats like spur
of the moment trips ..Or soothing songs and
soulful gifts of them telling tales that are
a brimming with insightful imagery..




If you want to be listened to,
you should put in time listening.
