This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 08, 2008:

....what have you been the most naive about?
where in your life have you been the most sheltered?

oh look,, cruising copter cats!

    - have been?

I am still naive when it comes to
    underestimating the impact of projections,
the power of denial & the predictability of stupidity.

And still, when it comes to basking in the simplicity & trust
inherent in naivety, believing in the essential goodness of humans,
when I choose to marvel at life with the wondrous eyes of a child..

And still, most sheltered now, embracing the paradoxities of living,
heart opening into the vastness of space when accepting what is.

life is not about what happens
but how one chooses to react.

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 12, 2008:

....what is the most difficult thing about love?
what do you find most challenging about love?

I find nothing difficult or challenging about love.

love in itself is a miracle, a gift of abundance flowing like rivers of honey
for basking in with an open heart..

the challenge can be to keep the heart open for frolicking
when fear comes along for a dip..

    the difficult bugger is the ego that trives on fear & creates illusions in the mind;
even sometimes to the degree that love can no longer be felt in the heart.

love is our natural state of being & cannot change, but our focus can.
